- Do you have program warranty?
Answer: Yes. The program is covered by two months free warranty from the date of
actual implementation/installation of the complete program. The program warranty only covers the bugs in the program if there are inconsistencies or error.
Answer: Yes. The program is very easy to use. It only takes around 15-30 minutes for the training. However, it is limited to one key representative user only. We are not responsible for the training of the entire users.
- Can I purchase the program by installment basis?
Answer:
For customized programs, we offer installment basis. We apply the progress
billing method, meaning for every progress delivery that's the only time you have
to pay. We require 40% down payment before starting the program development.
For readymade programs, the software can be purchased at one time
payment only. The program is AS IS basis, meaning there's no customization or
editing except for the client's logo and company information like your company
name, TIN number, contact numbers that will appear in the receipt or reports. IT Express logo shall be retained for ownership rights. We charge additional cost for additional request or modification.
- Do you provide the hardware?
Answer: No, only the software but we can recommend and provide the
hardware as required. The business proposal contains the software and hardware minimum requirements.
- How about maintenance support after we purchase the software?
Answer: Unlike other programs which after purchasing you are stuck to pay monthly/yearly maintenance fee which is usually termed as retainer's fee, in our case, we only charge per onsite service or support.
- Can we refund the payment?
Answer: No. Payments are non-refundable once the program has been installed. The warranty period only covers the fixing of errors or bugs in the program.
Answer: Yes. We email first the program screenshots. If you like the screenshots and more or less nearly passed your requirements or taste, then that's the time the demo or meeting will be scheduled. This is to avoid waste of time and effort for both parties because we believed that time is gold not just for the client but for the developers as well. If you want to schedule for a meeting, kindly advice us ahead of time maybe a day or two to avoid conflict in our schedule.
